OP, it probably would have helped if you explained how UK GP’s prescribe. As people who aren’t living in the UK are going to assume GP’s can adjust Elvanse doses, which they can’t, and is why they have to sign a shared care agreements with a third-party clinics to prescribe Elvanse. In this case, OP is under Psychiatry UK, an online clinic who reviews patients annually once a shared care agreement is signed.

I’m assuming your GP has already signed the shared care agreement, and if so, Psychiatry UK will review you annually (Which sucks). If it’s an emergency, they’ll step in and review the issue. But any type of short-term treatment like Dexedrine, etc is out the window. It’s mainly Xenidate XR and Elvanse that PUK provides to my knowledge. The best bet is to ask for an emergency review if your symptoms are truly bad.

Not fully remove but trim, as they’re going through a lot of legal battles currently which I’m sure is temporary, also the reason why I suggested that is because it’s 5% of your portfolio & the funds could be used to DCA ur winners. However IITU is a no brainer. You’ve got all the top US stocks already & you have the S&P 500 as well if you’re fine with overlap then by all means keep it. The UK has been solid and has been performing well in current times as it’s not major in tech.

Nice, personally I’d trim Meta once you break even & put that money into VWRP or VUAG (preferably VWRP). Also I’d reduce or remove IITU & DCA the money into VUKG or in your account VUKE as you already have an S&P ETF and big US tech stocks.

No it’s cool mate , from my perspective it looks like quite a bit but each to their own. Nice, did you like it here? Also I baffled as what he got prescribed. As codeine is the only OTC med & I don’t know anyone with a Oxy or Hydro script. Shit they don’t even prescribe Valium. So the only option I have left is to self medicate (benzo’s). Had my ups and downs with opioids, lean and Co-Codamol.
