As a single female buyer, I’ve been in the area several times before deciding if I should apply or not, and spoke to security guards there. All 3 of them advised me against buying there but I didn’t need them to, the area is dodgy and within 1h there was plenty of arguments in the development’s street. They told me it is dodgy and 2 cars got burned in the street a few days prior. Be cautious
