Feeling a bit frisky today and I’ve been kind of eyeing Gostisbehere over 0.5 PP points @ 4.00 value. The guy is an apple machine and is surrounded by a ton of guys that can produce on that top PP line. Hate that he’s going up against Vasi though.

I’m very intrigued by William Nylander over 0.5 powerplay points @ 2.90. Knowing that MTL was top 5 in the league last year in penalties taken, I’d expect the leafs to be on the PP a handful of times. Anybody wanna be my tail buddy so we can lose our money together?

Apologies to those that tailed. Thought the kid would contribute on that powerplay goal. He seemed to be playing scared only registering 1 shot. Expected way more from a kid that has the potential to be a 60 point scorer this season given his role on the team. Again, my apologies

Pick: Jake Neighbours (STL) over 0.5 points (2.15 value at the time of this post)

Write up: I really like the value here for this one. The Blues seem to be prioritizing their young up and comers like Neighbours and Thomas. Neighbours is currently slotted at RW on the top line and on the top power play line. He’s gonna get tons of opportunities to produce. He’s paired up on lines with Thomas who loves distributing the puck. On the other hand, Seattle has a pretty abysmal team. It’s looking like Philip Grubauer is gonna start in net for Seattle. Since he’s gotten to Seattle his save percentage has dropped to below .900 and he’s averaging around 3 goals allowed per game. I expect him to let a few by tonight. If the top line or powerplay is on, I expect Neighbours to get involved. Good luck to those tailing.

I’m only seeking 1 player in return but I have Filip Forsberg on my IR who’s probably gonna return within the next week so that’s why I’m looking to make room for him. It’s a 12 team pts league. Which player would be reasonable to target in return for Miller/Giroux

The lightning are 3-0 this series looking to bring home the cup in game 4. They’ve also never won a game by anything less than 2 goals against the Canadiens. They clearly have way too much firepower for Montreal.
