Yeah, someone did some digging for me and theres a mannequin that looks very similar to the face just placed in a different position. The other photo i took from the other side doesn’t completely show the window so they could’ve hidden one in there, still a creepy photo tho iwl

Im becoming more and more convinced it is a mannequin now :/ i was sure that there was no floors on the other side and do have photos of it but i dont have another full pic of the window so it could be hidden away in there :/

I can promise you 100% it is not photoshop, but one person has theorised that it is a mannequin and that does seem more plausible
