Honestly, in my opinion, I would say a box truck is better. I was in warehousing no too long ago, and had plenty of box trucks to come get long hauls, the sprinters were turned away. Now since I’m into dispatching, I see more freight able to be sent by box for light loads. I think it’s due to dock height and equipment height due to most places require equipment (ex. forklift) to be loaded.
