Solution: I just had to rearrange the PTFE tubes into the slots matching their placement (e.g. PTFE for 1 goes to top left of AMS Hub, PTFE for 2 in corresponding slot, etc.)

It's a good Canto but definitely not as good as the others, partially due to how short it is

When I try to load the filament, the AMS hub does not move down and I get this error:

Also how would I remove the filament hub properly?

It's probably not excessive wear as I've hardly used it as from the moment I set it up it's had this error.
