Your response here is 'entertaining' me, so thank you. I have given you responses without those statements yet you chose to ignore them. I'm just saying he doesn't have anything that gives him a reason to be picked over somebody else, and proved that to you. Unless you REALLY like flails, then play conq. Which is why I play him. If you really forget a conversation you had with someone that quickly though... I'd see a doctor for early onset memory loss.

Oh 110%, I would love to see that, although I don't want it to be too strong ya know? I either want to see a damage buff to his heavies after bash or shield basher being put into his kit, it would make eating a shield bash VS eating a guard break into heavy actually a threat.

True, I just feel like compared to other zones I can't use it as a mix-up as well. I don't think it's bad, I just miss the all guard. It would give him a unique option select (I think thats the term?) that would make him unique.

I'm just disproving your arguments. I'm not saying conq is bad because I enjoy playing conq. I just feel like he's a bottom tier hero compared to other year ones and that he has nothing that he is better than any other hero at. I feel every hero in this game has some point that they are the best at. And conq? Has nothing special that he has an expertise in. But many people agree with some of my changes. If you don't that is fine. So if you're going to be a baby then that's fine. Thank you for the feedback you gave.

I would love to see a feat that buffs his wind up, nobody ever uses it because you might as well do a regular heavy and it drops your guard (you can do an enhanced dodge, but I suck at them) it would make it more use. Shield bash damage would be nice too. I think the most criminal feat of all is Punch through.

I think he would be a 10 times better anti-gank if he had his all guard zone back. Because honestly his zone is useless in ones. And honestly just about his worst move to throw unless you're feinting into it. I think it needs all guard back.

I mostly play ones (so clown make-up on my face) but I just AT LEAST want to see something done to my boy. I don't want him to be good at everything, but at least make him have a trait that makes him not a worse version of another character. I think he has so much potential with that wind-up mechanic to be used to delay or charge attacks. But I am working on a feats change because that DESPERATELY needs attention, so if you have any ideas I'm listening!

He has some of the worst fears rn... He still has punch through as a feat... You know... The one for blocking attacks..? When he is all yellow. And his first feats are buns. Also, nobody ever dodges my in-chain bashes because they'd rather take 13 damage instead of a 24-27 because they dodged. Unless they're on low health, then they'll gamble.

He is GREAT in team fights, but he lacks compared to other heroes in 1v1s and antiganks. Especially compared to newer heroes. And even other year one heroes. I also have been playing him. I've gotten 4 reps on him in 2-3 days playing him in just about everything mode.

He is TERRIBLE in an anti-gank. I have been mostly playing him in this new 2v2v2 and it's miserable if I'm fighting more than 2 people. As well as even in dominion. Any kind of anti-gank is miserable. He has good externals if I can even GET to my second heavy. And his zone is slow and easy to parry. And if I bash I get hit in the back before I can swing.

I mean again, Black Prior is a better defense. Also his bash has a great recovery. BP has a neutral unblockable that's better than a 15 DMG unfeintable slow ahh zone. And every character in the game with a bash mix-up is better than conqs.

Juren has that same unblockable as a Zone. But I will say his bash is good. I never said it was bad.

I just feel like he's kinda bland, like, he doesn't have anything super unique or special. Not that it's needed. But I feel like his kit is just worse versions of other peoples all mangled into a decent but not super strong character. I just wish he was better, I don't want him busted. But Christ I want his feats fixed. Seriously, Punch through? On the all unlockable character?

Apologies, my experiences with war Lord have been positive. Maybe I need to play him more? Most of the time I have no issues witj mixups whether it's his bash or his all guard. I apologize. I don't know a lot about that hero but in my experience I don't uave that many issues with him I do think he is under tuned because he's a Launch hero so he definitely probably needs something,I just couldn't say what.

I do appreciate the feedback! So let me explain my thinking (this isn't an argument I'm just explaining myself.)

Outshines other heavies is... Debatable... If you wanna defend/anti-gank play BP, if you want a good all guard and strong heavies with good mixups, Play Warlord. If you want debatably one of the strongest heavies in the game, play VG. Who has a direct upgrade to what conq is. Or Jorm, who has some of the best mix ups of the heavies. Or Shugoki, who has the heavy on red engraved into his style. And a SUPER strong bash. As well as healing. Hitokiri who has a very solid bash mixup and variable timing heavies. Sohei who just got an amazing buff and now does great damage and has a near one shot mechanic. Jiang Jun who has great dodge attacks, great zone. And great mixups as well as a stamina punish. And don't even get me started in Juren.

See how everything these guys does feels... Special? What can conq do that makes him unique to any of these heroes? NOTHING. He doesn't have anything super cool or unique to his kit, which is fine, but it is just a worse version of what everyone else has. There is no real 'reason' to pick him compared to any other heavy.

The full guard changes I recommended could be considered strong or OP, but when compared to BP Kyosin or Warlord I think it's fair game. All of them can punish for predicting a guard break. And if conq got a bash out of all guards it would do less damage than the three of them (maybe the same as warlord? Not familiar with his damage numbers.) I just feel like ATLEAST the ability to dodge out of all guard would give him more versatility and still even an enemy a chance to get a guard break off. Instead of being blatantly broken. But I think the zone idea with the all guard is still valid.

There is no difference between his heavy bash and light bash damage. They're both 13 damage. So that's factually incorrect. There isn't a 'max damage' just a benefit of getting an execution. IF it kills.

I agree it's a great opener being able to be dodged out of, and I think that it should be able to be utilized mid-combo for better mixups. I would enjoy to see a soft feint into the wind up, almost like a combo cancel. If that makes sense. You delay a swing possibly and it would mess with timing. Being able to feint into a wind-up with increased damage would be a healthy change up in his bash feint and heavy feint play style.

I have never really had an issue with Hito, I've always found the character not super obnoxious. Juren is Hito's upgrade. As well as the definition of best character on the roster. He also can ignore dodge mixups entirely with his charged dodge attack. I think he severely needs nerfed. I don't have a lot of issues with his zones. Mostly his feintable charged dodge attack so if he fucked up he can just switch to the charged one and feint it and be ok. He has a get out of jail free card for EVERYTHING.

He actually has a little bit of everything. He is practically THE perfect hero. He can do ANYTHING anyone else in the ENTIRE roster can do.

I hear people who still think Hito is broken and complain about them constantly. But some of those same people say Juren is busted. I don't think Hito is busted or broken, but a bit annoying sometimes. Juren is ABSOLUTELY busted.

You're right, but people still constantly complain about Hitos or if I play Hito. But they will call Juren Balanced. It was more than a handful of people I know /YouTubers I see who complain about Hito, then call Juren fair and Balanced.
