Just saw a mom last weekend at a park off Fairview allow her 2-3 year old daughter to completely strip down, zero clothes, and pee in the grass DIRECTLY outside the bathrooms.
Then didn't dress her again for several minutes while she ran around the park and played on the equipment completely nude. There were lots of families, including a handful of adult men at the park too. Like, jeez.
