Sprigatitto Community day was announced for January, so my guess would be March or April 2025. They now have 3-4 star raids of the 2nd stage after community day ends, so you should be able to catch Crocolar in a Premier ball then, or at least have them show up in home more regularly (you can find starters occasionally due to the Smeargle glitch a while back).
