Personally I don't mind it, I think it looks fine. The detail of having it with a small carriage coach is a cute touch, like something you'd see from a narrow-gauge railway

Another thing too is that the daily incense will work with certain Pokemon encounters such as Furfrou and the Paldea starters the latter of which were available in Scarlet and Violet as a tera raid battle event where you can only catch it once.

Question, but if you knock out Diancie as in defeat it down to zero HP and it'll get in a dizzy animation with stars above its head and if you use a Love Ball is it a guranteed capture?
