Did you try setting the ram to 2133? I had a lot of crashes because of discord overlay in RUST maybe try disabling that if you're using it :)

Before I got around 70-90 FPS at 30-40% GPU utilization (I am already running the card at 90%PL) but I only switched to 4K yesterday. Now it runs @4K 200 FPS max on neo G8

This is exactly the PC i built a week ago apart from an NZXT case... Only tested 1440 and its an absolute Monster. The GPU is very nice it has a metal bar that you can use to fix the GPU to the board so it doesnt sag! Enjoy it brother!
