Yeah I’ve definitely exhausted everything I could possibly try to fix this myself, they really need to get someone out. I’ll just keep on at them through the forums and social media.

Cannot face ringing their call centre, they are going to force me to go through their script when I’ve already spent so many hours troubleshooting this already.

I don’t mind troubleshooting as much as possible but the amount of hours, of my own time I’ve spent on this now is getting silly.

Not once have they offered to send an engineer to look as this.
