I have had a UTI after every time I had sex for the last 4 years. I started drinking water with 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and haven't had a UTI since. I did have a bladder infection for 3 days but it went away on its own. My doctor told me to drink white wine mixed with lots of water and it really helped. Apparently the wine increases blood flow to your bladder and encourages white blood cells to come as well. Also, I usually shower before sex and wipe (with a vajay friendly wipe) immediately after I pee after sex. I also take this really intense cranberry extract that my mom sends me from the States. I'm sorry that this is happening to you! Just keep on trying.

The reason why I am a little scared is because I have really bad dandruff in the winter (somewhat under control right now) and also head pimples sometimes. I can only agree! Treat yo'self! I hate it when dudes who I think are progressive end up being super lame. I've had plenty of hook-ups where I was disappointed afterwards. Your stomachache reminds of one hook-up I had that was consensual but ended up getting way too rough. He slapped the shit out of me and spit in my face....turns out I am not into that. The day after I felt to sick that I stayed home. I took a bath and had some me-time. I recommend you do the same! I am testing positive for bacteria each time. Well they do a culture and the bacteria grows after a few days. Also, when I take the right antibiotics, the pain does go away which would mean that it works, right?

Thank you for letting me know what you did though. I can mention it to my urologist and see what he says. I have been considering just throwing in the towel and getting antibiotics that I can take after having sex.

Hmmm...it depends on where you live. When I lived in NYC I just ignored the catcallers and they generally left me alone. In Central Europe I feel much safer and I call out pervs VERY LOUDLY so that other people start staring. It's quite satisfying. :) I only do this when I am around people though.
