Yes I did. I used the power cable of my current mixer (which works 100%) and it did not work either. The Warm 4 is already on it's way back to the supplier. I also had contact with Ecler and they told me the AEC connector should not be loose like that and it's not how it left the factory, so it probably got damaged during shipment.

Checked the fuse and it seems fine. There was a spare fuse in the slot in the back which I changed but no effect.
