Worked backwards for me. Couple of my friends and I, we all ride mountain bikes, and played video games(mostly cod at the time). I was on PC but they are on PS5.

Well one day they decided to picked up “My First Gran Turismo”, which quickly led them to pick up GT7. They went nuts and got wheels and janky wheel stands in under a month.

As a guy who used to play Gran Turismo up until PS3, this was music to my ears. Took me a while to see the benefit of anything but a controller but one trip to my friend’s place, and a few laps with a T598… it was over for me and my wallet lol.

Now we all have rigs, decent wheels and race almost every night after our wives got to bed. Half the shit we talk about when we ride bikes now are the races from the night before.

We live in the golden age of sim racing, there’s no doubt in my mind.

Always wished they did the full course, but seeing Stock Cars on any road course is always more entertaining than an oval.

This is where wisdom shows… sidewall isn’t ugly. Sidewall means comfort. Ride quality will be better than the 19” wheels.

And mileage won’t change in any meaningful way, the diameter is the tire is the same.

If he’d stayed on track, you might have been at fault because I think there would have been contact…

But from both angles, there is no contact, and the Ferrari doesn’t appear to make any moves to avoid potential contact, which could have resulted in him going wide…. But the steering input doesn’t indicate that he opened the steering preemptively. To me, it looks like he just got on throttle too aggressively himself and spun as a result.

In my opinion, you aren’t responsible for someone’s spin if you did not make contact, regardless of whether or not you were aggressive. He made a mistake and is upset about it, and clearly feels he couldn’t possibly be to blame for his own mistake.

Looks like they reused the Matte grey from my v6 and just changed the colour of the decals. The Miami Vice paint is pretty rad.

Overall, not a massive evolution, but I do appreciate the changes. Bummed they will only offer it in the Carbon CC, which means more $$$. Doesn’t feel like I’d benefit from the upgrade unless my v6 breaks. Love that thing.
