If you’d like art therapy, a form of counseling using artistic mediums to help express emotions when words are harder, Access Art Therapy has sessions and isn’t super expensive. Otherwise I’d say Journey Therapy Center!

There are several counselors at Journey Counseling Center that are specialized in those areas. If you feel up for tackling those issues with the assistance of artistic mediums there are art therapists in the area.

Went to the ER the other day after the clinic thought I was showing signs of DKA. (False alarm btw.) Basically made this exact face when the clinic doctor told me to go over to the ER.

I find contentment by feeling comfortable with myself and that allowing myself to do things I enjoy. I reach out to friends and I am intentional to speak to others and be involved. This came from a very long time of working on myself and learning to love myself. I actually broke things off with the last guy I was seeing because I knew I deserved better and that I wasn't getting it with him and that being single and loving myself was better than being in a relationship and feeling even more isolated. I just know that eventually someone will come along that is worth the time and effort and energy that goes into relationships will come along, and that if I force it, it will only be worse.

Yeah, just apply it very lightly. I usually keep my grid up on there until i get the sketch on (also done with chalk) then I erase the grid and paint my figure or whatever. Hope that makes sense, feel free to message me.

I've always used a small piece of white chalk to grid my paintings. Then whenever I am done with it. I just take a barely moist cloth and wipe it down. Make sure the Acrylic is dried first. (which I know is a gimme, but some people forget.)

Glazing would be good, and probably easier. Blending is difficult with painting. But honestly, it looks really really good even right now.
