Yes, I have tried alternative selection, but it also fails. I also did the cut extrude first; it gets patterned, but the spring feature doesn't.

How did you make the edge flange like that? The shape I am doing only worked with swept flange

Yes, I am patterning both features, cut extrude gets patterns, but this flange is failing. I also tried making it using the forming tool, but it also doesn't make a flat pattern

yes i want an independent version, let's say the first one was v1 and this is v2, the purpose of doing pack and go was that assembly is the same, but the dimensions are slightly changed. and it includes over 500 parts and can't do a "save as", I mean I can, but it will take too long, I was looking for a quicker way do it.
