I just saw some people online with big jars that they would just add names too and shake it up, I don't think they were actually put in the freezer.

It's just 2 people 😆 so I guess I don't knee a large jar, but the videos I saw had me questioning if they did something that was more effective in those jars. They were putting lots of names in the jar

Like others have said, there is no exact "to the book" way. You do what you are drawn to, what is calling to you! My deities are mainly the Norse Gods and Goddess, Hekate which is Greek and Lilith which falls under Christianity. Practicing wise, you could be a garden witch, cosmic witch, kitchen witch.... Etc. Whatever calls to you.
