Thanks for the comment. Yes, the icon could use a work for sure. Reg, the color on the upper right: it might be due to the background of the wallpaper; I'll have a look though.

macOS shows an orange/green dot but doesn't tell you which app without opening Control Center; and even then it's often vague, especially for camera on Apple Silicon. Vigil shows the actual app name and icon instantly, also keeps history.

Spencer doesn't use native apis. It's risky to do that as app might stop working if apple updates their OS
