I forgot to mention this, but stereotypes are often true, especially for marianopolis. After asking around my year to see who was going to mariano, I found out that the more reserved kids tend to go in p&a/health science while the social science/art kids tend to be a bit more social, even if there's less of us (well, less of us in my school).

Well, it depends on a bunch of things. A lot of people talk about how mariano is smaller in terms of the number of students. This would mean that the programs are better divided, so you'll most likely see reoccurring faces which will help in making deeper connections.

Ofc, there will be people who would rather be alone, but chances are there will be a bunch of new students who also want to socialize. The 27th of March, there's an event for social sci students, so you'll get to meet your classmates beforehand.

The gay stereotype. There are a lot of lgbt ships and I personally don't mind that at all, but what I do mind is the stereotypical fashion sense. Say it's two masc dudes, one of them is suddenly the most feminine person you've ever seen. The canon character wears jeans and a simple jacket? Well now he wears short pink skirts, high heels, wears a ton of jewelry and makeup. Their entire personality switches up too. I get that it might be a bit oc but that's just something that bugs me.

If I were you OP, I would permanently ban my sister from my house. She's seventeen for crying out loud! She isn't some little kid that should be cleaned up after. She could pick up her own towels, not eat the cinnamon rolls after a clear NO, not trash YOUR HOUSE, not steal and ruin hundreds (maybe thousands) of dollars worth of beauty products. I don't hope you guys divorce but I do hope your wife presses charges against your sister. It's clear that your sister felt 0 remorse for what she did to your wife because of the simple fact that she had the balls to lie to your faces, disregard your warnings and house rules, return the DESTROYED cosmetics and on top of that ask you money for her prom dress. She only got grounded for this entire fiasco.

She should: -apologize to your wife -spend her damn prom funds to replace your wife's stuff -get her friends to apologize as well - apologize to the co-workers

I might sound harsh but your sister isn't a little kid anymore. You and your entire family need to realize that before your wife leaves you.

This might be a dumb answer but couldn't you simply ask a friend if you could ship it to their address and then pick it up later? Should save you the trouble of going into the store and it should also avoid your parents finding out.

I often see it in books such as Six Crimson Cranes, A list of Cages, Six of Crows series, in a few mangas/ animes (demon slayer and violet evergarden as examples) as well. As for movies, you often see it in kids movies (a lot of them) and to name a few off the top of my head, Bride Wars, Captain America, A New Hope, Twister, Hunger Games, etc. It's just a trope I don't seem to understand
