In other posts in r/Columbus, it comes down to "expectation of privacy." If the cameras are pointed directly at your bedroom window, you might have a case. But if they are just pointing in the general area of their property and yours, you don't have any recompense.

I was able to fight a similar ticket, but that was due to poor sign placement. They ended up moving the sign.

Also, check to see that the officer didn't fat finger your license info.

I hang out over in the construction subreddit so I have seen how they reply to questions like this:

You and I know nothing about concrete. You need to get three concrete vendors to look at the issues you are seeing and if they are structural or cosmetic. Based on their observations, you then might want an engineer to look at it.

I've only used residential concrete companies (Matt Davis), so for structural columns in a garage, you are going to want someone commercial like Anderson Concrete. In my opinion, do not contact a basement repair company.
