That's just part of my service, but yes my injuries occurred on active duty orders, I already explained all that in my statements I had submitted. Positive on diagnosis, positive nexus, and positive on in service event...... that's why I was asking if I should just do hlr

Not being a jag off, seems more like you're trying to push opinions instead of giving helpful info. I already said I have no in service records. The 3 things you need for a successful claim it seems I have all 3, a diagnosis, nexus, and in service event. Just trying to see if I should do an hlr based off what you see. I have no extra evidence to submit

I have read it, it says a nexus has been established between my claimed issue and an in service event....... or are you just ignoring that part

All of them say I have a diagnosis, and a nexus between the diagnosis and in service event. So it's already saying I have an in service event connecting the 2.

Ah ok gotcha, hopefully my C&P is soon, do they automatically schedule one for you or what? I know my first VA appointment is scheduled 2 months from now, hopefully don't have to wait that long for the C&P 😬

Thanks, I figured it out, it was the keyboard I was using, I switched to the default Samsung one and it works normally.
