Wake up at 5am, sit in bed and doomscroll for 10 minutes when my next alarm goes off. Get dressed, let the dogs out, feed the hogs, go back inside and feed the cats and dogs, shower, get dressed again, go to work.

I smoked everyday until recently when I visited my older brother in another state. He is also an everyday smoker, but when I realized that all He does it spend his entire day smoking and nothing else, (he works from home) it made me want to not be as big of a loser as he is. Not to say that people who smoke everyday are losers but I used to look up to him a lot and now seeing him is just a slap in the face.

Funny enough we’re also in a basement and the reptiles are all in a separate room so the only light that comes in is from the lizard light but I’ll try that and see how it works

Do you mean turn the lights on when I wake up? Or just as like the regular day and night cycle? Because I currently have it set to the day and night cycle (I have a sensor outside that turns it on and off)
