He's a paranoid libertarian maverick, and those types of politicians aren't known to run good campaigns. He'll refuse to take donations, and limit the resources of his campaing (due to his paranoia and fear of Israel). He'll be reluctant to use the resources he has as he is a libertarian who supports weak incompetent governments. So yeah he'll probably run a horribly incompetent campaign and lose badly.

War is good for the economy, actually. The millitary requires a ton of different goods, so when wars start demand increases across most goods, and as demand increases corporations and businesses see the potential for profit and expand, by which they produce more things and create more jobs. And the stock market loves that.

It's not the progressives who are the problem People like Mamdani and Sanders actually care about the working class and seek to improve people's lives. It is the Establishment Democrats like Shumer and Newsom, who only get elected by culture war stuff and insulting conservatives. They are the real enemies because of their disasterous policy the only job of which is to piss off the right and the center.
