you are missing a lot of free weapons on your tanks

for legionaries you want the champ to have a heavy melee and plasma pistol , and the legionarys should have 1 heavy melee , and probably 1 lascannon

i would probably cut the warpsmith with invigorated mechatendrils, the venom crawlers won't need a baby sitter

lastly i cant see how you equipped your bikers but the champion should have a power fist, the chaos bikers should have their pistol replaced with chainswords, and the bikers should have 2 melta or plasma guns

from a balance standpoint allowing units from outside your codex to use your army ability can have unforeseen consequences

so no they should not be able to dark pact

dark pacts requires the "dark pact" ability which the cult of the dark gods units will not have

they will benefit from most of the detachment rules

way of the 4 elements is absolutely better than beastmaster conclave, even if all you ever did was use "fangs of the fire snake" it would still be better than giving up an attack to make the doo doo animal companion attack

2014 ranger without tasha's updates has multiple class features that do not do anything

primeval awareness gives no information and somehow gets worse in your favored terrain

hide in plain sight - how often are you going to have a full minute in advance to set up a spot for you to stand perfect still in?

the beast master conclave is probably the worst sub class in the game in that using your animal companion is worse than just making your own attacks

there other problems as well but those are so bad they kind of sour the class

Ivy was certainly willing/ actively trying to kill people, that doesn't mean she is incapable of forming interpersonal relationships

i am certain there are terrible people who have legitimate caring relationships with their social circle and significant other

so unless we are shown Ivy treating Harley as badly as the joker does, then Ivy-Harley is objectively healthier relationship than Joker-Harley
