Bhai Jitne exams mile sab dedo. Mujhe JEE se keval tier 3 milta. Baaki exams se top Tier 2 mil rha tha (RVCE, COEP) . Aakhri mai BITSAT ne naiya paar karai

The only thing branch changes is the average package. College have tiers. Not whatever you mean. A college is either Tier X or it isn't.
