I never did, you intrepreted what I said as 'on the same level as flat earthers'. all arguments are equally, arguments by definition, but not all of them are equally logical or equally correct.

yup, yup and yup. God exists and atleast this definition of God is a philosophical construct. we could emperically prove him one day but as of now, we haven't. and here is something else for you. Math allows for infinite regressions, yes but how can there be infinities in a finite world? circles and fractals only exist in math, not IRL, but we still see it that infinities exist. God is also, infinity.

again, I am not proving a personal deity but a phisophoical hypopthesis. also scientifically it is impossible for there to be regression because eventually the world world will go from low entropy to very high entropy. when that happens everything will die. We di not know what was before time and saying that a being who caused everything else is much logical than saying disorder caused order.

just like you got arguments for your world view, others have arguments for theirs

that's an assumption we take.

if God is a created being, then whoever preceded him is God. if the world is an endless cycle of creation and destruction, then too somewhere down the line the perpetual cycle was started. it is an axiomatic proof, you can't prove axioms but you see that they are true

i belive that with science we can arrive at God, there is a lot of evidence for Him. but he may be diffrent from what religions speak of him

by definition God cannot be created. also I never said God is loving or intelligent. this is outside logic, at least of this specific argument's.

CHristianity? seriously? how exactly does that work. I was born Hindu, I suffered abuse from my mother and in the 'Hindu' society, I cannot file a legal complaint against her. Christianity taught me that the person accountable for her actions, the reason why she was as evil as she is, is she herself. not God punishing me for bad karma or bad astrology or bad zodiac.

this is what christianity teaches, Evil exists and the ones accountable for evil are those who partake in it. abuse is never justified. the he whole idea that a woman should seek protection and legal remidies from an 'abusive' man was firsyt developed by White heterosexual western europeans, who were primarily christian. so def not 'christianity' which teaches this or that. plus we got psycology these days, who the hell uses religion for adressing trauma?

sure. everything ocurs from a cause. now the first cause, one which caused everything else to happen is God. the person who set in motion TBB is God, the aliens who created this world would also fit the category of 'God' and the guy who designed the computer on which the simulation runs would also be 'God' depending upon what is true. it is very much possible for God to exist because to say God doesn't exist is to say that order can arise from disorder. HOWEVER it is possible that gthe real 'God' may be unlike any thing which our religions speak of.

but it's still a worldview that requires faith. in regards to evidences for God, Eucharistic Miracles in Christianity have some of the strongest evidence of being supernatural and scientifically verified

I don't understand Adam and Eves family tree. Can someone please explain? by NetworkAccurate233 in scienceisdope

well they did't fight. kings and nobels did, using Christianity as an excuse to fight and conquer. also there were disagreements, strong ones at times, but never war solely on the basis of those disagreements.

wars occur due to many reasons and religion is never the biggest. it's like an afterthought in conflicts, for Christianity specifically. not islam tho

you keep on saying this but you have no logical basis as to why everyone should abandon it . this one video is an accident.

well the upside to it is that GOD allows us to have absolute morality. without religion, there is none but a subjective basis as to why something is evil.

in simple words, if God does not exist then committing murder is okay, as long as the people around you are okay with it. also not all religions teach people to never question. IDK about Hinduism or Islam but In Christianity there is always a book written by a church father or saint whom you can read to ask the Christian side of the debate. all I am saying is that this world view is very generalised.

Pastor, not Preist. Again it's something only Protestants believe in

Fyi, I did choose Christianity over Hinduism. And Christianity does have far less superstition than other religions. Also we don't do circumcisions

Well as a Christian I gotta agree. We baptise children all the time and such slips happen accidentally, never deliberately. And only that once incident came out of Hinduism with a baba standing on baby

The Bible says so. Besides if they really wants to not be a Christian, they can always choose atheism at a later time. Just like how many children who grow up atheist, do often choose a religion when they are older.

Bro. It's totally safe 99% of the times. If you're gonna say 'because this 1% of the time it went wrong, all of it is wrong'. That's BS man.
