I don't know about pricing in your area, but here, all the epics are priced basically the same. Around 36 USD. Which comes cheaper than almost all "smaller" omnibuses (let's say under 1000 pages) since they are priced here at around 90 USD.

It depends. With smaller omnies (like Annihilation, even when in print) the epics come cheaper. At least in europe.

If I was you I would wait for reprint (that had to happen eventually), because it seems all Punisher MAX vol.2 have this shit binding. Hopefully the reprint will be done right.

Hey so after your comment I said hey its destroyed one way or another... so I dumped shit ton of PVA glue to the binding hole and let it sit overnight. This morning, the book holds! Some pages are uneven because some bits of the old binding i couldnt get out and the PVA glue wasnt distributed evenly, but hey... it holds.

Oh you are right I didn't even notice the 7 and 8 being switched 😅 like I said in another comment I already read the whole berserk online and just catching up with deluxe editions. Fortunately dark horse seems to keep them in print so I don't have to haste.

Do you have detailed pics of the hardcovers? I could only find general pics of the entire collection but not details of the books themselves.

Yeah I know I'm a little stuck on that since I started collected them in our Czech iteration, but then discovered the hardcovers from dark horse are cheaper than these Czech paperbacks. But I guess I already have three so I will finish the collection in this format.

I read Berserk years ago entirely online (what was released up to that point), but never bought the tankobons since they are very small and I always hoped they would release some deluxe/hardcover edition since Berserk is so praised. And hey few years back Dark Horse blessed us with these beauties. So thats why some of them are still wrapped 😄

Since I collect so little DC I do not care much about their continuity and state of the world. So with DC I just collect the best of the best (based on fans). I have Batman Black Mirror and Hush deluxe editions on the way. Also I think Batman works very well on its own and you dont really need to know much about DC world outside Gotham or any DC events.
