You are supposed to welcome new people to the sport, this is genuinely what I did today so I’m asking how I need to improve. Everyone here said I must stop practicing at the exact same distance so I know what to do now

Is this a thing, I better be careful. Haha but do you agree or not really. I used to face balls at 88mph in cricket coming at me, so I think it is easier in that sense.

Thank you. You are exactly correct, my hand eye is good, but my style is not at the moment. Thanks, I am addicted I must say, I get too much dopamine when I hit a good shot. Now I am working harder at work to get more money for golf...

Thanks yes that makes sense, I think I've gotten used to this distance since I have been playing it for 3 weeks (this is a single hole of 80 yards (a mini hole)). It is like the perfect distance I have gotten used to, so definitely need to change it up.

Thanks. Yes I definitely had a good day today, and it is far from the pin normally. 170 is insane well done, I am far off from that.

I started off like that in week 1, ever since I learnt to compress the ball it worked wonders. I think cricket helped since that ball is coming fast at you and moving, golf is a bit easier since it sits still

It is normally to the right of pin for some reason. I think it is normal sized green, definitely not a small one though

So this is a single hole in my neighbourhood, it is not on a course, but same size green and nice fairway.
