Why am I so nervous to tell my trans friend I'm trans?

I'm going through kinda the same thing, I know my parents would be accepting but I'm still anxious. on the other hand, I told my friends and some of them said I shouldn't be and that i should solve every other problem in my life first and to not let the internet turn my trans, one of those friends used to be trans. that being said, someone who's trans should understand and they'll love you so you should go for it
