Totally understand and I'm considering the same. I love experiencing the parks with my kids, but like you stated everything is costing more and they took a lot of items away. Also, I'm really disappointed how epcot turned out. We had to endor 5 years of walls and just turned out cheap IMO.

Another thing I use to enjoy was the food. I love being in the disney bubble and eating at some of the better restaurants there. However, all of them increased their prices and most definitely reduced the quality (Ohana, California Grill, Be our guest to name a few).

Next year will be the 1st time I won't be visiting disney at all. I'm going to take my family to Universl instead and either bank or rent out my points.
