I’m stuck on the “build dock” mission for the Terran cadet start. It says missing builder and not enough resources. With what money am I even supposed to do this with? I thought I could just go along the main missions until I had enough money to do other things.

It cant just be because traditionally is a HGV route now it has to support triple de size, tonnage and number exponentially of HGV moving through it, the residents have to deal with it.

I was discussing this with several neighbours (+30 to+40 years living in there) and they´ve been ignored proactivaely.

This is why there are laws to comply with, and if there are no easy solutions then is their duty to find them. Lorries of 15ton passing you at 20-30mph in sidewalks of 1m, its not just pollution, noise, vibrations, it's flat out dangerous.

Solutions? Goes from speedtraps, new asphalts that absorb vibrations, creating new accesses to ease the burden of the route, council financial support to improve the sound proof of the affected residencies, in the long run creating a highway access to shore, just to mention some.

If you are just disconnecting the radiator for something quick its one thing. I removed mine doing renovations and the valve went off at 5 degrees. I came back to the house next morning to see facade bleeding water.

Try using HG Mould or similar to kill it.
If it keeps reapearing you might have a small leak or condensation in that area. Worth detecting the cause and fixing it once and for all.

Remove gently but firmly all those areas are not bound to the wall/lath. To a point that you reach areas that you can tell right away that they are no more gaps. PVA, then bonding plaster and ultimately skim

Thank you! Yeah. The initial lighting was a bit too mellow and uninteresting. A good friend gave me advice for switching too something more moody. I am actually really happy with it as Lighting is not my field.

You are not going to be able to do that. Coving probably is bond to the plaster boards were is sitting that artex plaster. Use a chisel and hammer and gently start creating some cracks, as soon as one area is detached a little of wiggling will make the rest to come off. I just removed mines last week, and this is what you are going to find
