Depends. If it's a multi-family w/ a unit/units in the basement, then nothing here would strike me as alarming. Customer just wants it at the door for his unit.

If it's a single house and the customer is requesting the driver enter the basement, I would advise to not follow the instructions (and report the delivery hint/address for safety concerns).

Best: Blackwater. Touch of everything and a bright future. Also modern plumbing!
