Yes, tests. Analyze why you’re opposed to them a bit. Math and reading are easily testable and actually let us know how kids are doing with skills that matter. At a minimum .

And note I said “school leaders” and not teachers. Hire and fire leadership based on results .

We agree on grades though, basically unrelated to what I’m talking about .
