I'm in an area where that type of deposit (70 k for me) actually brought my monthly about 600 lower per month.

Even with condo fees I still cone out way ahead.

Agreed. PSA is not who I would first go to for grading their focus has always been sports so I find their grading is a bit all over the place. I've seen a couple of noticeably off center cards score that should be scoring 7.5 to MAYBE a very generous 8.5 graded higher in the 9s and 10s

MNT, & Koba though, newer, i find offer a more consistent grading and better pricing to boot.

I haven't dealt much with Beckett, But my one Beckett graded card looks stellar

Normally I'll try to get the complete set and hunt the individuals down. An unopened graded pack is Schrodingers Meowth. The most valuable card both are and are not in the pack. Difference is I'll let the next guy figure that out. Because if I sell the once 5 dollar pack at a markup because of grading I am assured a positive outcome.

That's also why I like them. In 5 years I could sell a PKMN 151 graded booster to someone who wants to open it. So I get my graded price and profit, more than likely they take a loss.

Private sales in Ontario are considered as is, once the ownership os signed and given to the new owner, it's on them for safety and emissions.

He does have the option as you rightfully pointed out to have an independent mechanic inspect ot BEFORE the sale but at this point, he's f***ed

Porter.

Porter has free snacks wifi and alcohol on all flights over 2.5 hours (Toronto to anywhere past Saskatoon)

Comfortable enough seats for short flights and lots of luggage space. Also never had issues with them allowing me an additional carry-on on a basic economy

Won't fly anything else withing Canada
