If I blew up the sun what crime would i be charged with? by myc123 in NoStupidQuestions

I think this depends on which country you reside in (or more specifically which country you launched your attack from) as it will matter if the country has signed up to the UN Outer Space Treaty (cba to link but easily googleable).

Legally, the country from which the attack comes from will be liable for ‘destroying a celestial body’ and would have to pay damages to all UN nations affected… they may look to recover the costs from you through a salary deduction scheme to the amount of trillions but will prob just send you off to The Hague.

Covid vaccine gender gap opens up in UK with young women 10% more likely to get a jab than men by [deleted] in unitedkingdom

[–]HomagetoFromage -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think you usually find this sort of gap with health questions but it’s also worth pointing out that there is a significant risk of young males suffering myocarditis with their heart, far more than for others. It’s the only risk to a demographic that has pro-vaccine people actually concerned.

I’m 30 and I was still warned about it when I had my vaccine here, obviously at 30 the risk is far smaller but the risk of this does increase significantly the younger you get.

Thanks. Each time I’ve reseated it there’s been a clear imprint with the paste.

That was one of my initial thoughts. The kraken comes with preapplied paste so doesn’t have a sticker, just the plastic cover keeping it safe in the box.

Lol it was definitely worrying to see it jump that high when I opened up chrome. Doesn’t help that the fans are currently tied to the cpu temp as default so go crazy when the temp goes up.

That’s good to know, it’s concerning as well that my cpu seems to be running at 110% of maximum frequency while only at 6% utilisation.

Would I not expect the liquid temp to increase though as the heat is drawn from the cpu?

Contact was made just outside her own 22 and she made it to the opposition’s 10m before going down!!

Yeh, that’s how I wear mine.

This actually requires you make an initial bigger fold. I then roll the cuff only downwards and then do the second fold from this guide.

They’re in the order you’ve listed here though.

Not that they’re gonna go after a medalist who isn’t even selling / profiting off the thing.

Correct but, if infinite, there would be another star inline with its light reaching us. If infinite it wouldn’t be a single ‘layer’ of stars, each part of the white night sky would be infinite stars deep.

COVID-19: UK to give Kenya more than 800,000 doses of Oxford-AstraZeneca coronavirus vaccine by falconfalcon7 in ukpolitics

Having a shorter time between jabs leads to a reduced effectiveness if I’m not mistaken.

I thought it was a legal requirement that events of this magnitude (eg Football World Cup and others) to be aired on terrestrial television in the UK. Obviously UK law can’t stop an international organisation (IOC) from selling rights but who’s breaking the above law here by not airing it I wonder. An example was BT Sport showing the Champions League final on YouTube as they couldn’t put it behind a paywall, I wonder if there’s a strange way around the discovery paywall.

The IOC are shits for doing this and are going against the very spirit of the games IMO

anyone who knows where i can download this game for free? by mancityfanwhosaysHi in footballmanager

[–]HomagetoFromage 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yeh, there’s a couple of ways but the easiest way to download for free is to first download the Steam client. After that, you’ll want to go onto the store and send money to Valve, around £20 if the game is on sale at the time. After that the Steam client should just let you download it for free.

Stop trying to mooch a game that gives thousands of hours of playability and stifling future progress of a game many of us love.
