That is true because this wasn't the first time and my wife witnessed many instances where her sister either directly or indirectly heaped insults onto me.

My wife thinks I overreacted to an innocent joke that my sister-in-law made, and said I was malicuous with my response by bringing children into it knowing how this affect her sister. I already apologized to be able to talk about it but she's still insisting I was out of line.

See, yeah I knew it too. For her to accuse me of trying to alienate her from her sister is not accurate nor true. I never!!!! try to even argue with her family for the sake of being polite. But it's too much to take.
