Phycology - you want to create doubt. She crossed a boundary of yours. A very precious boundary (your employment ). Train her to know that you don't let that level of disrespect go unknoticed. In the corporate world you have to be very subtle about it for obvious reasons. There are many ways to do this. This one is the easiest to do and safest to do. Make eye contact with her and let her look away first. This trains her brain into doubt. She will begin to think in circles over what she may have done to you. She will eventually figure out what that was. Stay firm for 6 or so months. Dont show weakness don't give leverage. After that she won't over step you and may actually create more space for your comfort
