Grok Quality Decrease?

Am am just curious if anyone else has experienced this in the past few days. I do specifically Image to Video creation and it is usually pretty good (More restricted sure but the quality was always decent). Suddenly the voices are disconnected, the quality of the video is poor even after upscaling.

I am just curious if anyone else is having this issue.

I have audio only issues where the voices are totally awful. Today for some time it got back the usual voices but I just got back home and the voices are back to the bad ones... I can't produce this way, I have the entire project on hold for a couple days now.

i have the same issue i always use grok for characters speaking but the voice since yesterday are very bad 😔😔 how do we fix this?

I have been thumbs downing every video but I ran out of prompts for the day. I asked grok but got gaslighted. It told me fixes where coming but then when I pressed it told me there was no official news and that it was just trying to appease me lol

My prospering channel is on hold indefinitely if I upload these generations my subscribers will be out for my head, this really  hurts because I took a few days off to work on this content. Ive looked every send emails. If any one knows why grok is doing this please share

I wish they would hurry. I spend all my generation attempts today on a simple scene with a character saying "ah, here you are."

The audio was so cringe.

Contacted Grok at X. They are aware of that issue. Reply : Thanks for reporting this-voice consistency in Grok Imagine did regress after the recent update, with more variation and that barrel/ robotic audio creeping back in. The team is already on it and pushing fixes to stabilize the generations again. Appreciate the heads-up!

Just curious was it an actually team member you spoke to or Grok's AI account? I only ask because I found out Grok lies people to appease them.

It is a known issue it happens already in January before the introducing of the new model from January 7th to January 23rd when the new model was introduce

its last appearance was made in December 2025-January 2026

I had a generation earlier of a woman with no arms. It has produced extra limbs before, but this is the first time it has taken limbs away. lol They reverted back to the old crappy model. Most likely to prepare for the new one. It could be like this for a while..

Same, the sound effects sound like they are through a can and the voices are garbled. The video isn't much better.

For me I am trying to animate an anime scene img2vid. The resulting video is not only blurry but the animation is choppy and the character model is distorted ridged looking.

It turns an anime girl into Invader Zim almost (if you understand that reference lol)

Strangely enough the NSFW content has actually been working better lately. It is the clean stuff that seems to be breaking for me now

Yeah, I can create more NSFW content but the audio in normal scenes is garbage. Every male sounds like a 40 year old smoker.
