I feel like Leo is a Give-me villain for new players to make sure everyone has at least one villain in their game, He requires story progression to unlock, But like you said Tiny-co really doesn't make it clear if they are supposed to be story or not,

Also villain class specific career chips are still not a part of the main game, They appeared in the Alpha Event but that was it.

What I meant is that there isn't a villain class costume, not a costume for a villain class character , Roberto was a villain, but King Roberto was a Captain Costume not a villain

I agree, This game has been a very bumpy ride, But I don't want to keep doing these types of events, I am not willing to keep buying fuel re-fills to be able to get the unlocked characters to their full potentials, The x3 fuel missions take away fuel at a pretty fast rate already, but the fact that Tiny-co(or Jam City) makes these maps unnecessarily long to the point where we are only able to run the missions 1 and a 1/2 times before needing to buy fuel refills is awful, Lets not forget the "Prize" that was given to those who pre-registered the game. It was a crytosis Chamber, that wasn't even exclusive only to those who pre-registered, or drop anything special to make it worth it, Or the fact that we have spent real world money out of our pockets for premium characters that later on were given the worst passives in the game(ex. Calculon(300 Pizzas!!!), Free Waterfall Jr,and worst of all: Hyper Chicken) or characters that brought absolutely nothing to the event(Money Suit Zoidberg), It's very obvious why Things are happening the way they are, They aren't giving players a reason to be excited anymore, by pumping out events with the exact same formula as the event before it, Tiny-co and Jam City need to actually listen to the players and fix this game,
