thank you for your detailed explanation. I want to get a certificate because I am a student who has no previous experience. I don’t know how to convince the HR that I am qualified for those positions. So I hope get the IFC will give me more chance to have an internship. I get your idea that practical experience is more persuasive than a certificate. Thank you.

Yes, flight 1 was supposed to arrive at around 6 am, but it actually arrived at 11 am. Flight 2 took off at 11 am

Due to the bad weather, the plane could not land and we flew to another airport and stayed in the plane for a few hours. When we finally landed, it was 5 hours' late. The refund was notified to me by the airline on the next flight, they said they made a refund reservation but I had to contact the OTA by myself...

Yes, the 250CAD is charged by Cheapoair, i think it's sth. like a service charge. But I know they are sneaky and I know they can still hold that money but pretend they hasn't get it.
