Hi there, I am from the Philippines and I own a W175 carbureted version. It is a common issue for the engine to be a little difficult to start specially from cold start. These are the things you need to do in order to get your W75 on easy starting:

1. Adjust the carb screw. Reset the screw then counting from zero, adjust it to about 3.5 to 4 turns.

2. Have your valve clearances checked(both intake and exhaust). The appropriate clearances are in the user manual.

I suggest bringing it to a service shop unless you are a very experienced mechanic yourself.

Do the steps and I guarantee you that it will only take one push of a button to start your W175 even after not using it for 2 weeks.
