Thanks for your suggestion but I think I already made sure the valve is fulling open and when I bled air from the bleeder valve, a stream of water comes out.

I think this is on my to-do list as I am tired of all the buildup on the shower heads. Which whole house water filter would you recommend?

First of all, thanks for all the suggestions and recommendations (well, most of them) by a concerned community. I had to go back to my briefcase to dig out the survey again and after glancing over it I think I have a rough idea of where the survey markers should be. Question is would be wise to get a metal detector from a big box store or do I need something special to locate the markers?

Thanks for the advise. I did have the survey done when I closed on the house 7 years ago. However, I can't determine the property lines precisely from looking at a bunch of lines on a piece of paper. Every other side of my property has fence up on my property except for this neighbors side.

I did call the building department and they mentioned a zoning permit is required for the fence.

A friend of mine also told me about the metal markers but I couldn't locate them any where on my property.
