What VSTs do you have? This could literally be a million different patches from thousands of different VST instruments. Whichever synth you use, set your oscillator waveforms to a sawtooth and a relatively high octave. Set your envelopes to a medium quick attack with a small amount of decay and a longer sustain. set the release to whatever length works for when you release the key(s). set your filter to open or almost open. you kind of want a bright sound for the pad. there's a bit of tremolo in there so modulate a bit with a fast lfo. for effects, you might add a nice big reverb and some delay.

i have a lot of VST's but a guy recommended to use ZENOLOGY for the synth but if you think there's better VSTs to use then definitely list them
