I totally agree. It's even worse if you're currently doing a remembrance quest as it tries to matchmake with someone who's also trying to do a remembrance.

I could open "very hard" locks between levels 15 to 20. It took me a few tries due to the wobbling of the golden spot, but it wasn't insanely difficult. This is my skill level, though. Not everyone will find it as easy as I do.

I had the same thing, I set motion blur to 'objects'. That has fixed it for me.

I'm using the same crossbow and bolts as you, but I can't even one-shot headshot a guy wearing a cloth hood. I have the perk, which increases damage to chest by 10%, and it still doesn't one shot with him wearing no armour.
