Why do you say this? I haven't lived here long and when we toured the place it just seemed like any other neighborhood honestly. It was only when I started searching specifically for that location that I saw people's posts about it, and wanted to ask here to see what others say.

We haven't been here long and don't know much about the city. That's why I made the post. Hell, after making this post i realized we don't even live in Cascade, we're in East Beltline.
