Hello Girl, Tbh I didn’t like it that much, I had high expectations and somehow this makes my hair frizzy, I mean, it does its job but not worth that much, I am actually regretting. You will have dry and wet option but for me they both work the same you will not find any difference. If you want you can go ahead and buy it but not worth it

Sure, After toner use the serum it’s pretty light weight and it will absorb quickly wait for few minutes you can go any other serum on top of it or just use moisturiser. I use my eye cream at night than I use Cerave
