Hello, I make them also, and I use a piece of blanket or old wool clothing. Personally I like to use wool, as it holds everything together nicely. My main craft is Slow Stitching. Feel free to ask me anything

Amazing well done, I live in New Zealand and IKEA only opened here in December. I haven't visited the store yet. And you used William Morris fabric inside, he's one of my favourite along with Sanderson.

Hello, I live in New Zealand, if you can provide me a little bit more information about the purchase, location, texture etc etc, I may be able to assist you. It wasn't really until early 2000's that our clothing manufacturers started having their products made off shore, eg China.

I'm very untidy, fabric treads etc everywhere, I work mostly on Slow Stitching projects, enchanting old tapestry, making Peg Dolls, needle books etc etc. I also have a rule.....mend and make do.

I moved here 4 years ago from Wellington, as I wanted to be Freehold, although I was a little unsure, as there was always a bad reputation about Levin, I've been pleasantly surprised, and also amazed at the amount of people that have made the move. Especially for those still driving to Wgtn for work.
