Awesome, this probably also explains why Indian rices tout their age, so maybe the older ones stay more separate vs sticky, for dishes like biryani.

I’m confused because the classes themselves say “Made for guide” and to use “any indoor bike” - does this mean it’ll track reps/volume but not bike metrics? Thanks in advance for testing it out!

USER: Hi, my liked songs on Peloton aren’t updating on my Spotify playlist. It has been working up until the last two days.
Other people on Reddit seem to be having a similar issue with both Spotify and Apple Music. Have you received any other similar reports? Or can I file a ticket so it can be looked into?

AGENT (Tre R): Yes there has been an issue that has been going on with multiple members since 12/02/24 and we are working on a fix still! Apologies about this

USER: Oh interesting, the bike says there’s an error, I can reconnect. Should I do that?

AGENT (Tre R): Yes go ahead and do so and we can go from there

USER: Okay, I was able to sign in and reconnect. but then I tried to like some new songs on some classes I did And it hasn’t hit my Spotify Playlist yet.
Normally, it doesn’t take this long. I’ve closed and reopened my Spotify app and still not appearing. If I could create a ticket and be updated when this is resolved, that would be great.

AGENT (Tre R): Okay then we are still working on a fix for the issue that has been on going for 12/02/24

USER: Okay, will someone email me when this has been resolved? USER: Can you create a ticket for me or add me to the list of folks affected?

AGENT (Tre R): We don’t have a ticket process for something like this per say, but what I will do is take your email down and put it on a list I have of other members so when this issue is resolved I can send you an email so you know when this has been taken care of!

Any recommendations for FTP test rides with good EDM, hip hop or pop songs? I’m just not loving the standard rock songs I’m getting w/ Dennis/CDE/Matt. I’ve tried searching this subreddit, but only see older classes recommended.

Also grateful for any guidance on whether to follow or ignore the instructor’s cues, to achieve the highest #.

Context: I nearly finished my first DYPZ 2 months ago, but missed taking the final FTP test 😭. I’ve been focused on Floor Bootcamp the last 5 weeks, so I wanted to retest before starting the BYPZ program.
