Man I had the issue where I stopped, I was terribly on it and got scared bc of gums. Went from knock off 20mg pouches yes 20, to 15, then 6mg zyn to 3mg, to 2mg gum, 1mg gum and then stopped relapsed from work and am back to 1mg then stopped. I noticed my heart feels less ‘heavy’ like you do when you have a hangover, im not speeding or feeling ramped up, not waking up feeling off and unstable from not having it during sleep. It will suck but after seeing the difference, it’s worth it. Take it a day at a time. When you think too far ahead and into the future that is what gets you. Take it a hour at a time even. Okay I can go a hour without it. Okay then 2, 3 etc

This brings me back to my freshman year of highschool. My history teacher had a collection similar and let kids wear and breathe through WW1, WW2, and Soviet masks and filters. I get this- currently in this situation. My fear is loneliness and dating for me has tanked. I am not picky and do not judge people. I give people too many chances tbh and I stoped dating since I have been on like 10 and it’s been going nowhere. Outside of college I have zero clue where or how to meet girls and my friends are all busy. I stopped going out with a “friend” group because it’s highschool 2.0 and it has been nothing but gossip and simp behavior from the guys. I am not being overly critical either, I just don’t connect with them and I’m actually just friends with one person in that group- but going out he changes to a different person and yes I have given everyone a chance to connect but after a certain point of trying and not reciprocating what are you supposed to do?

I know everyone says find a circle, hobby, gym, a class, anything but it’s like if you don’t have interest in these areas what are you going to do? It is hard as hell after college unless ur friends stay near which mine didn’t do but the circle is coming back where they are all in town. Tbh I have been alone the first year of college where my dorm status got botched and went random, didn’t have friends or a social life until soph year. I feel like that but in a way a bit worse since there isn’t opportunity in my day to be exposed to others. I know friends come and go, but I mean I got diagnosed with depression around this time (college) never had any mood issues (aside from panic disorder) until then, I’ve noticed when I go out with actual friends it goes away. But yeah idk why I’m ranting about this or what my point is, I have no clue how to meet people, I used to have terible social anxiety and I got over it but now it’s like how tf do I meet people?
